Fuzion ProgramWorks™ is described as a governance product for capital programs. Current design work centers on making gates, KPIs, and escalations visible within a consistent operating framework.
ProgramWorks is intended for capital-program leaders and governance teams that need a structured view of decisions, performance indicators, and issues requiring escalation. The planned value is a clearer leadership view across the program without reducing governance to disconnected project updates.
Planned Deployment
The planned deployment model includes SaaS or a private Microsoft tenant, including GCC and GCC High environments. ProgramWorks is not currently generally available, and no release date is being announced in this update.
