Fuzion Consulting Group™ Announces the Launch of Fuzion Chickasaw Group™

New Native American Woman-Owned business brings enterprise consulting capability to tribal nations and community-focused organizations.

CALERA, OKLAHOMA — Fuzion Consulting Group™, a technology consulting firm, today announced the official launch of Fuzion Chickasaw Group™, a new Native American Woman-Owned business founded by Proud Chickasaw Nation Citizen Donna Webb.

Headquartered in Calera, Oklahoma, Fuzion Chickasaw Group will bring enterprise-grade technology and consulting capabilities to tribal nations, tribal enterprises, Native-owned businesses, and community-focused organizations across Oklahoma, Texas, and beyond.

“Sovereignty and self-determination begin with the tools and systems that enable communities to govern themselves on their own terms. We launched this company to bring 35+ years of combined enterprise technology experience directly into service for the tribes, organizations, and communities that have not historically had access to that depth of expertise from partners who understand cultural context.” Donna Webb · Founder & CEO, Fuzion Chickasaw Group

A Sister Company With Shared Foundations

Fuzion Chickasaw Group operates as a separate business with its own ownership and leadership, but shares the same founding team, delivery methodology, and operational standards as Fuzion Consulting Group. The two companies maintain distinct missions:

  • Fuzion Consulting Group™ serves enterprise clients broadly — utilities, construction, engineering, government, and corporate IT.
  • Fuzion Chickasaw Group™ focuses specifically on Native American tribes, tribal enterprises, nonprofits, and public sector organizations where sovereignty and cultural understanding are central to the work.
“Donna and I have worked alongside each other for years. Launching Fuzion Chickasaw Group is the formal recognition of what’s been true in practice: the work we do is stronger because of Donna’s leadership, and the communities we want to serve deserve a partner who’s built specifically for them.” Dan Goretskie · Founder & CEO, Fuzion Consulting Group · Co-Founder, Fuzion Chickasaw Group

Pursuing DBE Certifications

Fuzion Chickasaw Group is actively pursuing two Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certifications under Donna Webb’s qualifications: Minority Woman-Owned Business (MWBE) and Native American Woman-Owned. If awarded, these certifications would enable Fuzion Chickasaw Group to qualify for DBE-eligible opportunities across federal, state, tribal, utility, and prime-contractor procurement programs — opening access to a category of work that Fuzion Consulting Group could not pursue directly.

The company operates independently while collaborating with Fuzion Consulting Group on joint engagements — including the recently launched Support Beacon Relief™, a disaster logistics platform built in partnership with Texas-based 501(c)(3) Rancher Navy.

What’s Next

Fuzion Chickasaw Group is now accepting engagements across its primary focus areas: tribal government modernization, tribal enterprise technology, nonprofit and community programs, and disaster relief logistics through SB217™. The company will continue collaborating with Fuzion Consulting Group on joint delivery for clients who benefit from both firms’ combined capabilities.

Rancher Navy Mobilizes Ross Fire Relief for Texas Farm and Ranch Families

Nonprofit is matching donated hay, feed and fencing to affected operations and needs haulers with trucks and trailers.

Rancher Navy, the Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides disaster relief to farmers, ranchers and agricultural communities, has mobilized a coordinated relief effort for families affected by the Ross Fire in Texas. The organization is accepting requests for assistance, matching donated supplies to the operations that need them, and asking for volunteer haulers with trucks and trailers.

The fire has burned pasture, fencing and structures, leaving livestock producers without feed and without the fencing needed to contain animals. Rancher Navy is working with affected families to identify what has been lost and to move replacement supplies from donors across the region.

“Nobody in this part of the state is a stranger to fire, but this one moved fast and it took things people cannot replace. We cannot give anybody their barn back. What we can do is make sure the hay sitting in a barn two counties away gets to the family whose pasture is gone this week, and not next month. That is the whole job.”Morgan Broome, Founder & Director of Rancher Navy

How to Get Help

Farm and ranch families affected by the Ross Fire can request assistance at ranchernavy.org. Families in immediate danger should follow the instructions of county emergency officials first.

How to Help

Rancher Navy is asking for three kinds of support, all coordinated through ranchernavy.org:

  • Donations of supplies: hay, feed, fencing, panels, water and veterinary supplies. Donors list what they have and where it is located; Rancher Navy handles the matching.
  • Haulers: volunteers with a truck and trailer to move loads between donors and affected families. This is the organization’s most urgent need.
  • Coordination of volunteers: people who can take calls, track requests and keep records current from wherever they are.

Financial contributions can be made at ranchernavy.org.

Coordinated Through Support Beacon Relief™

The response is being run on Support Beacon Relief, a disaster-logistics platform that gives Rancher Navy a single record of every load from the moment it is offered to the moment it is delivered — replacing the phone trees and spreadsheets that have historically carried this work. Volunteers, donors, haulers and recipients register at ranchernavy.org and work from a web portal or a mobile app.

“We have spent years doing this with phone calls, notebooks and a lot of goodwill. Being able to see every load and every request in one place changes what we are able to take on.”Amy Houston Gaddis, Founder & Director of Rancher Navy
“Rancher Navy was founded on neighbors showing up for neighbors. During the Ross Fire response, that means connecting people who have hay, supplies, or a trailer with families who need help. Every donor, hauler, and volunteer has a part in that effort.”Holli Geeslin, Founder & Director, Rancher Navy

Support Beacon Relief was designed and developed by shared resources from Fuzion Consulting Group and Fuzion Chickasaw Group, in partnership with Rancher Navy, and is licensed to the nonprofit at no cost. Fuzion support staff are available to Rancher Navy volunteers by phone and email for the duration of the response.

“Rancher Navy told us what they needed, and our teams built it with them. Support Beacon Relief is theirs to use for as long as they need it. The attention belongs on Rancher Navy’s volunteers and the people driving into the smoke to help their neighbors.”Dan Goretskie, Founder & CEO, Fuzion Consulting Group
Donna Webb, Founder & CEO, Fuzion Chickasaw Group

The platform has supported prior Rancher Navy operations, including the Kerrville, Texas flood response and the Ranger Road fire response.

About Rancher Navy

Rancher Navy is a Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2022 by Morgan Broome, Amy Houston Gaddis, and Holli Geeslin. The organization mobilizes volunteers, heavy equipment and logistics to support Texas farmers, ranchers and agricultural communities during wildfires, tornadoes and floods.

Fuzion Companies™ Delivers Support Beacon Relief™ to Rancher Navy — Disaster-Relief Coordination

OLATHE, KANSAS — Fuzion Companies™ announced that it has delivered Support Beacon Relief™, a disaster-relief logistics platform, to the founders of Rancher Navy for hands-on testing — donated at no charge. The milestone arrives as communities across the Texas Hill Country mark one year since the catastrophic July 4, 2025, flooding along the Guadalupe River, one of the deadliest natural disasters in Texas history.

The partnership began quietly, away from any boardroom. This past winter, Fuzion founder Dan Goretskie answered a social-media plea for trucks, trailers, and hay during the plains wildfires — hauling hay to ranchers in Gate, Oklahoma, and Ashland, Kansas. There he met Rancher Navy founders Morgan Broome and Amy Houston Gaddis. Both Fuzion operating companies — Fuzion Consulting Group™ and its Native American & Woman-Owned sister firm Fuzion Chickasaw Group™ — built and donated the platform together.

“We didn’t get involved to win a contract. We got involved because we believe in showing up. The technology came after — it was simply the best way we knew to help Rancher Navy keep showing up, too.”
— Dan Goretskie, Founder & CEO, Fuzion Consulting Group · Co-Founder & COO, Fuzion Chickasaw Group

Support Beacon Relief™ replaces spreadsheet-driven coordination with secure, real-time visibility — managing donations, volunteer drivers, disaster locations, routes, and delivery timelines so materials, supplies, and help reach ranchers and farmers faster when every hour counts. Fuzion owns the platform and licenses it to Rancher Navy at no charge, with the intention to continue doing the same for other nonprofits providing services to folks in need.

“This work is personal. Serving agricultural and our tribal communities during their hardest times reflects who we are — as companies, and as people of faith.”
— Donna Webb, Founder & CEO, Fuzion Chickasaw Group · Co-Founder & COO, Fuzion Consulting Group · Chickasaw Nation citizen

Looking ahead, Fuzion plans to extend Support Beacon Relief™ to additional nonprofits and to the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations, and is developing a for-profit enterprise edition, Support Beacon Logistics™, within its SB217™ platform suite.

“One year on, our hearts are with the families and communities of the Hill Country, and with every volunteer who answered that day,” the company said. “If our technology helps Rancher Navy reach a few more people a little faster next time, then we have done our small part.”

Fuzion Announces Support Beacon Rescue™ — A Search & Rescue (SAR) Application for Nonprofits and Tribal Nations

Fuzion Companies™ announced the development of Support Beacon Rescue™, a dedicated Search & Rescue (SAR) application built to support Rancher Navy’s volunteer Search and Rescue operations, other nonprofits, and tribal nations.

Support Beacon Rescue™ extends the Support Beacon platform into field coordination for ground teams — helping SAR volunteers organize deployments, track team locations and assignments, and coordinate searches with the same secure, real-time visibility that Support Beacon Relief™ brings to disaster-relief logistics.

The application was inspired by Rancher Navy’s volunteer Search and Rescue team, whose members answered the call during the July 4, 2025, Guadalupe River flooding in the Texas Hill Country. Fuzion intends to make Support Beacon Rescue™ available to nonprofit SAR organizations and tribal nation emergency-response teams as the platform matures.

Support Beacon Rescue™ is described within Fuzion’s SB217™ platform suite, alongside Support Beacon Relief™ and the enterprise edition, Support Beacon Logistics™.

Fuzion Chickasaw Group and Fuzion Consulting Group are honored to partner with Rancher Navy, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting agricultural communities affected by natural disasters, to provide direct wildfire and drought relief across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.

In response to a series of devastating wildfires — including the Ranger Road Fire, Stevens Fire, Andrew Lane Fire, and the Texas Panhandle Fire — Fuzion donated the use of company-owned trucks and trailers, along with staff time and logistics coordination. Teams hauled hay and essential supplies to ranchers in Gate and Knowles, Oklahoma; Ashland, Kansas; and surrounding rural areas, supporting livestock operations and families facing immediate loss.

“Supporting agricultural communities during times of crisis reflects who we are as a company and as people. Rancher Navy represents the best of community-driven disaster response, and we’re proud to stand alongside Morgan, Amy, and the Rancher Navy volunteers in helping ranchers recover and rebuild.”Donna Webb, Founder & CEO, Fuzion Chickasaw Group · Dan Goretskie, Founder & CEO, Fuzion Consulting Group

Fuzion Visits Anderson Bean Boot Company and Rios of Mercedes

Two iconic American brands recognized for exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Fuzion Consulting Group and Fuzion Chickasaw Group recently had the privilege of visiting Anderson Bean Boot Company and Rios of Mercedes Boots in Mercedes, Texas—two iconic American brands recognized for exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Both companies proudly operate through a dedicated network of independent boot, shoe, and Western wear retailers rather than selling directly to consumers.

The visit was graciously hosted by Ryan Vaughan, President & CEO, and Clayton Evans, Chief Financial Officer of Rios of Mercedes, who provided an in-depth look at the boot-making process and the skilled teams behind each pair. The tour was made possible through the sponsorship and coordination of Michael Wright of The Shoe & Boot Outlet in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Where Craftsmanship and Values Align

At Fuzion, respect for craftsmanship and long-term value is more than an operational principle—it’s part of the company culture. The experience offered valuable insight into how tradition, pride, and disciplined execution continue to define these legacy brands as they grow and evolve, supported by strong retailer relationships that connect craftsmanship directly to customers.

When you see the pride on the manufacturing floor, it reinforces the importance of building systems that respect the craft rather than replace it. That philosophy is central to how we approach every partnership.Fuzion Leadership

A Relationship Built on Respect

Fuzion approached the visit with no expectation of immediate engagement—only a desire to learn, listen, and understand. Any future collaboration would focus on complementing existing platforms, streamlining manual processes, and ensuring technology supports artisans and operations without disrupting the traditions that make these brands exceptional. Fuzion sincerely thanks the teams at Anderson Bean Boot Company and Rios of Mercedes Boots for their hospitality, transparency, and time.
